Kaiten Books describes a fantasy adventure following Heihachi, an ordinary mobile game addict whose spending has left a whale-sized hole in his wallet. Norl is a cute, formidable fighter with a sharp blade.

One day, Heihachi pulls an item through gacha that transports him to another world. Monsters attack, leaving him with no options, so he falls back on what he knows: rolling gacha.

His summoned unit then materializes before his eyes. He’s used to seeing cute girls appear on his phone, but this time, one emerges from it.

Heihachi sets out to collect overpowered, ultra-rare cuties, turning his mobile game habit into an otherworldly adventure.

Chinkururi launched the original web novel on Shōsetsuka ni Narō in January 2016, and the series remains ongoing. Micro Magazine published the ninth light novel volume in August 2020.

Syū Haruno launched the manga adaptation on Comic Ride in 2018. Its 14th volume will ship on June 29.

Kaiten Books first licensed Haruno’s manga in 2020 and released its seventh volume digitally in September 2024. Omoi also releases the manga digitally in English.
