Blobtopia by Jun Kirarazaka enters its final three chapters
Jun Kirarazaka has announced that Blobtopia (Buyotopia) will end in three chapters. The comedy follows a former hero whose failure left the world overrun with blobs.
The chapter scheduled for November 6 will be a side story. Jun Kirarazaka shared the news of the manga's approaching conclusion on Friday through X, formerly Twitter.
MANGA Plus publishes Blobtopia (Buyotopia) in English. Its story centers on Beyond, a former hero who failed to defeat the Demon King and instead flooded the world with "blobs." Burdened by guilt, he withdrew from society for years, until a turning point finally arrived. The service presents the series as an over-the-top comedy about a hero facing life in society, from Do Retry creator Jun Kirarazaka.
Kirarazaka began the series on Shueisha's Shonen Jump+ manga service on March 13. Shueisha shipped its second collected volume on September 4.
Kirarazaka previously serialized Bone Collection in Weekly Shonen Jump from April to August 2020. A one-shot bearing the same title appeared in the magazine in August 2019. Viz Media and MANGA Plus both published the manga digitally in English.
Do Retry debuted in Weekly Shonen Jump in May 2023 and concluded in September of that year. Viz Media and MANGA Plus also published that manga digitally in English.
