Pokémon Pokopia launched on Nintendo Switch 2 on March 5, with a Game-Key Card release. These physical cartridges contain a key instead of the game itself, allowing players to unlock and play the digital version from Nintendo’s eShop.
Nintendo and The Pokémon Company announced in August that worldwide sales had exceeded 5 million units in about four months. Koei Tecmo developed the game.
