Konami revealed a concept trailer for Konami Wai Wai World Craft during its Konami Press Start livestream on Thursday. The new user-generated content (UGC) game platform features characters from multiple Konami franchises.
Players can choose a classic Konami game, such as Castlevania, as the source of their game assets, then set the rules and mechanics. They can also enter a text prompt to have the platform generate a game within three minutes.
The platform also lets players share their creations with others online. Konami has not announced a release date.
The project’s name recalls Konami Wai Wai World, a platformer for Nintendo’s Famicom console that brought together characters from Konami franchises.
