Mizuki Kishikawa announced that Hope You're Happy, Lemon will finish with its next chapter on September 13. The manga debuted on Shonen Jump+ in October 2023.

Mizuki Kishikawa announced Sunday on X, formerly Twitter, that Hope You're Happy, Lemon (Kuso Onna ni Sachiare) will end with its next chapter on September 13.

Seven Seas publishes the manga in English. Its fourth volume will ship on September 15. Readers can also access the series in English through Shueisha's MANGA Plus service.

Kishikawa began the manga on Shueisha's Shonen Jump+ platform in October 2023. Shueisha shipped the 11th compiled volume on August 4.

Seven Seas describes the story as a gender-bending, body-swap romantic comedy about Sunao Akiyoshi. He swore off romance in junior high after his first love, Lemon Nishikawa, admitted she had cheated on him with several guys, destroying his trust.

Now a university student, Sunao feels ready to pursue love again. He has fallen for Natsumi Kogahara, a kind, down-to-earth member of his film club. Just as he prepares to take that chance, he encounters Lemon again.

After a fateful night beneath a shooting star, Sunao wakes up in Lemon's body. He must manage her everyday life and his growing feelings for Natsumi while searching for a way to return to his own body.

Lemon and Natsumi also share a room, creating comic misunderstandings and startling discoveries. Sunao must confront his past, get through his present predicament, and find a way to protect his heart.
