Even the Student Council Has Its Holes! Announces Akari Nanawo’s Ending Song
The anime premieres October 3 on four Japanese channels, with two versions streaming on d Anime Store and AnimeFesta.
A second main promo for Even the Student Council Has Its Holes! previews Akari Nanawo’s ending song, “Pi.” The anime adaptation of Muchimaro’s four-panel manga debuts October 3.
The staff of Even the Student Council Has Its Holes! (Seitokai ni mo Ana wa Aru!) released its second main promotional video on Friday. It previews “Pi,” the ending theme performed by newly announced artist Akari Nanawo.
The television anime adapts Muchimaro’s four-panel manga and premieres October 3. It will air on Tokyo MX, BS11, Gunma TV, and Tochigi TV.
In Japan, d Anime Store and AnimeFesta will stream both the “on air” and “unrestricted” versions starting October 3.
The cast includes:

Naoyuki Tatsuwa directs the anime at Passione. His credits include Ōmuro-ke, Gourmet Girl Graffiti, Nisekoi - False Love, and Promise of Wizard.
Ryo Imamura (ONIMAI: I'm Now Your Sister!) handles character designs and serves as chief animation director.
Masahiro Yokotani supervises and writes the series scripts. His credits include Makeine: Too Many Losing Heroines!, Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World-, Beelzebub, and The Devil Is a Part-Timer!

Sangatsu no Phantasia performs the opening theme, “Kaze no Naka wa Hashirukkya Inai.”
Seven Seas publishes the manga in English. Its synopsis follows Mizunoe Ume, who joins the student council hoping for an easy solution to his academic problems and to avoid repeating a grade.
Instead, he faces a chaotic school year alongside eccentric council members, including an airhead, someone intimidating, and a secret pervert. Strange but unexpectedly cute and endearing, they leave Mizunoe caught up in their antics. The synopsis presents a charming, quirky slice-of-life story with a slightly naughty streak.
Muchimaro began the manga in Kodansha’s Weekly Shōnen Magazine in 2022. Kodansha shipped volume 13 on August 17, while Seven Seas shipped its first English volume on September 8. K MANGA also releases the series digitally in English.
The manga won the print category at the ninth Next Manga Awards (Tsugi ni Kuru Manga Taishō) in 2023. An animated advertisement followed in July 2024.
