MANGA Plus introduces the story as the Samon the Summoner creator's return to Jump with a series about a superpowered policeman. It follows Meguru Chojo, a senior psychic police officer whose abilities exceed human understanding, in Chinjuku, a city that never sleeps.
Chojo teams up with judo expert Nao Ippongi. The synopsis presents them as a comic duo who will use whatever means necessary to keep the streets clean.
The manga debuted as a one-shot in Weekly Shonen Jump in April 2023, then began serialization in February 2024. It concluded in June 2025.
Shueisha released the final two collected volumes, numbered seven and eight, in September 2025. Viz Media released the fifth volume in print on September 1.
