Monster Strike: Deadverse Reloaded became the first anime series based on MIXI's Monster Strike mobile role-playing game franchise to debut on broadcast television. It premiered in October 2025 and ran for one cours, or a quarter of a year, totaling 10 episodes.
Amazon Prime Video added all 10 episodes with English subtitles in January.
The franchise's online anime began with the 52-episode Monster Strike the Animation in October 2015. Initially announced for television, the series instead debuted online.
Its subsequent seasons and related series followed this release history:
- Season two's first part began in April 2017 and continued through September 2017.
- Monster Strike the Anime: The Fading Cosmos, season two's 13-episode second part, debuted in October 2017.
- Season three began in July 2018 and ran for 12 episodes.
- Arthur, Lucifer, and Solomon spinoffs followed with five, seven, and 13 episodes, respectively. All count toward the overall third season.
- Arthur (2nd) (Arthur Kishiō no Kakusei) debuted in May 2019 and ran for seven episodes.
- The Savior of Noah's Arc (Noah Hakobune no Kyūseishu) began in July 2019 and ran for six episodes.
- Monster Strike: End of the World, the online anime's final arc, debuted on YouTube in November 2019.
- Lucifer: The Final Arc (Lucifer Wedding Game) launched with English subtitles in October 2020 and ran for seven episodes.
Hareruya: Fated Choice (Hareruya: Unmei no Sentaku) streamed on YouTube, Twitter Live, and Abema TV in September 2020. As the franchise's first interactive anime, it let viewers select between two options that determined how its final 10 minutes unfolded.
The franchise's theatrical releases include:
- Monster Strike The Movie opened in Japan in December 2016. Crunchyroll started streaming it in May 2017.
- The second film, Monster Strike The Movie: Beyond the Sky (Monster Strike The Movie: Sora no Kanata), opened in Japan in October 2018.
- Monster Strike the Movie: Lucifer Dawn of Despair (Monster Strike The Movie: Lucifer Zetsubō no Yoake) opened in November 2020 following delays. Crunchyroll streamed it in August 2021.
MIXI released the original game for iOS and Android in Japan in 2013, followed by an English release the next year. The English version shut down in 2017. A Nintendo 3DS game arrived in Japan in 2015.
